We do NOT use agency staff like most companies. A manager will do the work so that they know what is involved and then personally train a employee do carry out the work .
Our cleaners are well trained and their work inspected periodically without notice.
For your peace of mind all our cleaners must have:
2 written references, proof of address, identification, permission to work in the UK and are police checked.
We pay our cleaners top rates because we expect top cleaning.
